    Questions, answered

    Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?

No. Merging runs entirely in your browser with a local PDF engine, so your contracts, papers and reports never leave your device. Closing the tab discards everything.

    What are the file limits?

You can combine up to 10 PDFs at once, with 25 MB per file, 100 MB in total and 200 pages overall. For more files, merge in two rounds.

    Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Not directly. Encrypted files are flagged when you add them. Unlock them first with the password you know, then add them again. We cannot crack unknown passwords.

    Are bookmarks and links kept?

A bookmark per file can be added to the output. Original internal links and bookmarks inside each file are not guaranteed to survive, so check long documents after merging.

How do I merge only certain pages?

Type a range such as 1-3,7 in the page range box next to a file, or choose the Pick pages recipe. Leave it empty to include every page.

Merged it? Now ask it anything.

Chat with your combined PDF, summarise it and pull out answers with sources.
